If you,ve changed your bank account since completing check with Iberdrola that they have the right account number. We have had real problems getting them to change our account details. End of August we received a letter in the post box saying we were in arrears & then a second saying that we had to pay the 171 euros by a certain date or we would be cut off. Second letter was recorded delivery (or similar) & the postie had a stack of the same letters in his hand (all Roda addresses) but obviously unable to deliver the vast majority as there was no one there.
If you think you might have problems get in touch with Iberdrola sooner rather than later or they will cut you off. Ring 901 20 20 20 & ask for an english speaker (one of the few spanish phrases I am very familiar with unfortunately ) & quote your reference number - it's taken a few calls from both Spain & UK & I,m still not sure if ours is sorted or not.
