There was a storm there on 22nd Dec which caused flooding and considerable damage to roads and property. There was a storm there on 22nd Dec which caused flooding and considerable damage to roads and property. Did you see any signs of flooding in the garages or the townhouses and ground floor apartments on the three blocks 6/7/8??
