Wanted : Villa Rental - Mijas Costa

. The weekend was fantastic, we had a great time.  Perelaja Golf did us proud.  Fantastic food at the Golf Club, we cant wait to move in and walk down for dinner. On the second evening we had dinner in a Marquee next to the club house and the food and service were excellent, then we moved to the piano bar and had a great evening with a very entertaining piano player, hope he gets the job.

The development is looking good , excellent golf course.  Hopefully our Allegria will be ready sometime in February.,not to worried about the delay as we are hoping the pound will improve against the Euro.

Finally just to say we met some really nice people on the opening weekend, so exciting times for all and a big thank you to Paco and staff for looking after us so well.

Pleased to hear you had a good time. In terms of the future what is the expected date for the opening of the resort?. Do you know if anyone has yet completed?.

We've been told by peraleja that we should complete before then end of Feb, although I have had another email from the original selling agent saying end of March. There still appeared to be alot to complete back in November!

Although I have to agree that the opening weekend was fantastic, Peraleja did everything and more than you could wish for. Plus the Golf course was fantastic, very impressive.

Pat & Shirley, thanks for the update and hope all goes well with your completion.  Did you get any info on the hotel - when is the building likely to start?

It's exciting to see the photos on the website but even better to have news first hand from a fellow buyer!
