16 Jan 2008 8:28 PM by newtonchicken . 31 forum posts Send private message Welcome to doom city,suggest you read the replies that will fill you in.Basically aifos have a building licence for half the site which you see built,but not for the other half, and thats it in a nutshell,they have not yet applied because they have a cash flow problem. I have a copy of a letter sent to casa blanca that gives full details,i will try to post it. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know

The development with half a licence and a whole lot of problems is the 'aifos hipodromo' they are two different developments, but probably are both doomed!! 0 Like Spam post or Abuse?
