Don´t know if you know but there is only one girl left at KM to deal with snagging, she is called Charo and her email is cmatillas@keymare.com.  Your snagging should be reported asap so it can be registered before your snagging period runs out, if it is registered before this time it can still be dealt with after.  The best people to look out for snagging are your cleaners or keyholder.
