Be aware of the electricity connection charges - I am in dispute with the electric company as I do not see how they can justify a connection charge of 280 +++ Euros.
This amount appears to vary for some reason after much discussion with other owners on the development.
It would be interesting to obtain more feedback from others as to what they are being charged !
