Driving with children

Just come back from La Hacienda - bad news is that the developer has cut off each water supply & you are expected to have set up your own account. I got an e-mail from my solicitor telling me on 6th February at lunchtime - my flight had already landed in Malaga & I was unaware!

Good news is that building work has started on the toll road immeadiately outside the development, whcih I am told is a new tolled exit - it could not be any closer - does anybody else know anymore?

What a pity your solicitor did not tell you about the water meters. We were put on meters on 16th December.  Electric meters are due at the end of March, but I don't have an actual date yet.

Don't know where you got the info about a toll road access from our site. On the Benahavis city plans it is a bridge. There is no sign of a slip road access to the toll road below. The bridge is meant to be finished in March and from the look of it that is quite possible. Each day when I drive by it a bit more has been added, last week the middle structures were put up. I will keep you posted as to progress.

Thanks for the information re electric meters.  We certainly did not know that. 

Have you any information regarding telephone connections at all?  We were told all was in place on the development but that Telefonica weren't yet in a position to do their bit.  Any information on that would be great.

Good news about the bridge across the AP7.  That will make the journey to La Hacienda so much better. 

We are out again in May so hope to meet you.
