Hello all,
When Eralia sold these apartments, the whole site was to be completed before any were to be taken over and occupied.
With no helicopter pad, no motorway access etc. etc. How can the site be said to be complete??
How can you be forced? Surely you were just advised to do so by your solicitor.
Many of the developers here do not supply what was promised in the brochure, by the sales staff, and agents, yet they seem to be able to get away with it by threatening loss of deposit. In this they are often supported by "your?" lawyer who seems to act more for the developer than for you.
Penthouse buyers could surely not be forced to occupy without lifts?
Eralia were considered to be one of the better developers.
What has changed? Surely the contracts must be honoured as signed, whoever has bought them?
The off-plan business here seems to be very very risky.
Regards to all
Norman
