We are over this weekend on the basis of snagging and signing the contract,however last week we were told not to come as there were still well behind and it may be another 6/8 weeks before it is ready,however as we had already booked flights we are still going. We are in block 19 2/2. Will update on our return

Hi Everyone

We are just back from Spain - carried out the snagging yesterday.  There were no major repairs required, just cracked bathroom tiles, kitchen cabinet doors requiring tightened up, water mark at patio door.  I was advised by Fran that the repairs would be completed by next week and we shall then hopefully be ready to complete and move in. 

The road up to the development is still a mess but once you get into the complex you forget about  it - it is looking amazing!

There appears to be a few people already completed.  I noticed while walking round the development that there were a few of the apartments with furniture in and there was also furniture being delivered while we were there.

I was advised by Fran that the helicopter pad is no longer going ahead!
