Reply to Peters note as regards extras if you contact Ana Garcia at Eralia at there new customer services e mail address:-

customerservices@haciendadecifuentes.com and ask for an extras price list I am sure she will oblige.  The list consists of a spot light package,Bathroom shower screen, accessories for the bathroom which include towel rail toilet brush etc, interior for wardrobes, bathroom cabinets which fit under wash hand basins.  The list you will be sent includes prices.  As an extra note if you have had a site visit there are no light fittings on the terrace, these are not fitted as standard you have to make your own arrangement, all the wires and switches are in place just no external fiitings.

Before Eralia sold their shares in Dream Hills we asked  them twice for the price list for extras, but never had a reply. When we saw Fran last week, we mentioned it to him and he said that this service was now no longer available. If anybody has the list and knows whether the builders still offer the extras, please let us know.

It is true that Eralia is not offering the extras any longer. I have been asked by several clients about the extras and I gave some quotation for some of them at La Hacienda del Señorío de cifuentes. The prices change,  and can start from 550 € to 2000 €, depending on the model and  the measurements, so that, if any of you need a quotations, please submit the measurements and a photo of the bathroom. I could send the guy who make the fitting and installation to your apartment to take the measurements if required. The glass shower screen start from 250 €. All the prices given include transportation, fitting and installation.
