Hi  -  thought I would start the ball rolling and see what people are thinking of bringing up at the meeting next month - apart from the general items already mentioned on the Agenda -

Anyone got any thing to raise or discuss?

For us we would like the next 2/3 dates for meetings to be prearranged to allow us to book flights in time to attend and preferably not a Friday because most of us tend to travel over then?

More proaction from  Communitas - do you thiink that they know that they actually work for us and need to become more proactive in looking out for our interests -  I think that this is summed up with the fact that the meeting date was arranged before Christmas and it appears from the forum that al lot of English owners have yet to receive notification of the meeting which is only 3/4 weeks away - do they realise how expensive flights are at short notice over an Easter Break ?

Are we as a phase funding the entire maintenance of the central zone if so why?  Key Mare can never give  a definitive answer on the central zone - one minute it is public, next it might be controlled by the Leisure club with us having access rights to the pool and gardens -  or that Key   Mare will maintain gardens and then handover when phases are complete as it seems unfair for Phase 1 to carry all costs in the meantime or is the money put aside in next years budget actually 1/4 of the total cost of the maintenance charges with Key Mare paying the other 3/4 until new phases are released?

I agree with the point you raise - but have no answers.

other queries.................................

1. what is going to happen to the vacant area that is screened off next to the tennis courts?

2. When will the formal entrance facility be put in place - will this have post boxes ?

3. There is now an additional security barrier to enter the site, it uses the same entrance key.  This is to allow the public to get into the club area but not into the residential development - how does with work with this door buzzers and telephones at the main entrance?

4. there seem to be lots of questions about UK tv - is there a way to get a community sky system rather than lots of individual dishes - this may be a bit late as i guess many people already have sky.......

5. There is some sort of programme for the gardeners as they go around the site - both communal and private gardens.  It would be excellent if you could affect the programme so that the lawn was cut etc before a trip out rather than during your stay or just after etc. 

6. timing of opening of the pool versus main uk holidays - can they clarify the times etc.......

7. We should be sure that Key Mare are paying their way on empty properties - are they charging everyone yet - I have not had a bill !!!!!!!! I agree with your points on the full scheme communal areas - we should perhaps only be paying 1/5th of this ??
