Had confirmation yesterday that the LFO had arrived with the solicitor, so we are arranging completion for April. Still got to sort the mortgage out though which is STILL a nightmare.

Getting insurance quotes of around 300 per year as part of our mortgage offers. Still undecided about having a pro snag done.

Did you get any further with your mortgage at all?
