Hi all I have just completed my first round (walk round that is ) of the golf course, it is starting to look pretty good with some very treacherous hazards and plenty of water traps. I have posted three sets of photographs on this site so you can get some idea of how it is taking shape. Also on my way back I was told by Barry and Sylvia to have a look at a notice outside the sales office,  to my suprise it was an invitation to the Sierra Golf Opening Party at the beginning of July free Paella, Sangria and lots of fun it says. So if you are around it will be a great opportunity to get to know each other.

Here's hoping  Ray

      great photos Ray.

For us in uk it is so good to see developments that you guys post for us.

Keeps us up to date.

I wondered when it would be ready may be the pool and bar may beat the golf being ready?  was told in January it would both for April completion but suppose July will be better than september.

Look forward to sharing some beers and liquid refreshments, and barbe with everyone and thanks Ray for everything in the house cannot wait to see it.

Hi Ray,

I walked the course 3 weeks ago with Tony (balsicas), you're right, its looking good with many hazards awaiting those that do not keep on the fairways. Loads of lateral water, waterfalls, lakes, Oh! and some fairways in between the desert areas (did you see the pyramids on the 3rd hole?).

I didn't see the notice at the site hut, but is it 'Sierra golf' party, or 'Sierra Golf Course' party? There is no way the course will open by then. Although the range should open shortly, I think that we will be lucky to see 9 holes open by September, none of the green have grass, at the moment. Hope I'm wrong.

John B.
