Can I do my own DIY in Spain?

I would like to know what Spanish regulations allow you to do in Spain.

Can you do your own electrics like install your own lights, ceiling fans, Air conditioning, add additional electrical outlets and thing like that?

Can you do your own plumbing like Air conditioning, sinks, washers and things like this?

Is there a guide available that tells you what you can and cannot do in Spain?

Any specific regulations as far as Polaris Word are concerned?

If anyone has any knowledge about this please let us know

Thanks for you information, I have looked at the other thread you mentioned and as you say many of these jobs are straightforward to do for yourself. However I am trying to fined out if any Spanish or PW regulations exist limiting that we can do for ourselves similar to “part P regulations” for electrical work in the UK for example.

If anyone can provide any info.
