Air con leakage

After a visit to Polaris HO today I finally got a completion date for Jardine 11 of June 16 to July 10th - a bit broad but at least a parameter.  As usual their heads seem to be up their backsides in terms of divulging information on other Jardines or facilities.  They were really keen at first, and then after I scoffed 9 compliamentary biscuits and a cup of coffee (very nice), once they learned we had NIE (big sigh of relief from them), already had prices from Homestyle about overpriced air-con they kind of lost interest... maybe it was a biscuit issue but it would have been nice to learn more about other Jardines etc.

Another biscuit trip planned for next week - anyone want to provide me their plot numbers and names to allow me access - I'll wear a big mexican mouser and shades so they don't recognise me... otherwise I go in as Batfink!!!!

Been speaking to polaris myself today, we're in Jardin 5 - number 442 and we were given same completion dates,  must be a job lot.  Although we are trying to delay it by a couple of weeks because we already have a summer holiday which has been booked since November.

Out this week, have to try the biscuits, if they are so good.  Will have to be quick though as we are not interested in the air conditioning and already have our NIE numbers sorted.  Will have to start looking for a property manager shortly

Hi guys, we are in jardine 4 , number 381 and we are flying out on the 16th of june also and should be signing on the 17th. we will be collecting the NIE numbers and then snagging on the 16th.

I think that week will be busy in the jardines.
