subject:  Completion on your property.

They have tried to contact me by telephone but have been unable to do so and have e-mailed asking I contact their office.

Nothing else in mail but I assume its for a date

We are in Jardines 8.

I will update as soon as I have more info.

Tyneside can I ask, Did anything further come from this contact with Polaris?

Yes sorry have not had a chance to post it.

False alarm, it was a follow up to plug cam-bank and return the UPS envelope.

However the rep. did say they should have some confirmed individual release dates in about 2 weeks time and e-mails would be sent.

Hi Tyneside, we had a phone call from polaris yesterday, Elisa, asking if we had our NIE numbers, i informed her we did and that our solicitors have the original certificates, she then asked for their details. I asked her about handover dates, she seems to think they'll start in the summer from garden one and may reach our garden, which is 9 formerly 8, around October, November time. Are you on  new garden 8 which used to be 7.

We're Jardines 8 too. Useful to hear some information about possible releases. Elsewhere on the site I have read that Polaris are about 4 weks ahead of schedule and we were told approx Dec 2008 so this is sounding more realistic.

Polaris seem to give different times to everyone that asks, they told us last week that they would complete ten apartments a day from June to September and they might be releasing them gardens 12/13 then 1/2 then 10/11 and so on working towards the centre. At least we'll be getting them this year whichever way they do it.

That seems more likely since it's 12 they have completed for showhomes???

I SPOKE TO POLARIS TODAY REGARDING BANK GAURANTEE WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR AND WAS TOLD THAT MY APT ON JARDINES 13 WOULD PROBABLY GO FOR COMPLETION AROUND END OF AUGUST .. EARLY SEPTEMBER WHICH IS WHEN MY NEXT STAGE PAYMENT WAS DUE... SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PROB GO STRAIGHT FOR COMPLETION RATHER THAN ASKING FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT WITH IT BEING SO CLOSE TOGETHER ... BUT AS YOU SAY THEY ARE TELLING EVERYONE DIFFERENT TIMES... I THINK ITS JUST A CASE OF WAIT AND SEE ...

Show Homes would normally be released last in a development  'as they are' but then again Polaris may just get shut of anything they can sell.

Someone is therefore gonna get a 2 bed ground floor apartment with large lounge and finished perfectly !
