ITV show on the Costa Del Sol

Has anyone been told of the final property valuations?  I was told by PW the other day that the apartments were only valued at the original selling prices!!  I had been expecting at least a bit of appreciation especially as some folk have bought off plan on this development as much as 2 years ago.  I am hoping she has made a mistake or has misunderstood me as I had spoken to a mortgage agent a few months ago who thought the 2 beds would be coming in at around the 140,000 euros mark on completion.  It also means that a 60% loan to value mortgage may no longer be enough so we will get thumped wth higher borrowing rates.  Most disappointing.  Any info gratefully received on this one!!!!...............

 

 

I think that somewhere on a recent thread the information from CAM bank had been copied  about mortgages and there was a mention that the apartments had been valued and had similar valuations as the sale price, what that means to people who bought a while ago to those of us who have bought in the last year I dont know.. If you can find the thread about when the people were getting the paperwork from Polaris recently its amongst those I think.

My quote by Cam bank is around 60% so this suggests a valuation at the purchase price. 

Remember that the Taxation and Rates are likely to be based on this figure too.

The Pound to Euro rate is likely to hurt the most.
