My wife and I have jointly purchased on Jardine 5. Reading information on the internet, it looks as if inheritance tax is paid if either spouse dies. Certain sites suggest that one way to reduce the tax burden is to form a limited company in the uk and transfer ownership to the company. Anyone got any thoughts on the pros and cons of this?
