Long term rental required - Costa Blanca

Hi All,

I´ve just paid my 25% deposit for a two bed in Jardines, Condado de Alhama and was wondering what I do next?

I have contacted Polaris Worlds customer service department and they said that they would get back to me. Its been a few days now (Found out today that its been a bank holiday weekend in Spain)

I would though appreciate it if other buyers could let me know what their experiences are.

we bought 2 bed in Jardin 7 in September this year and paid our first stage payment end of October, got signed contracts back from Polaris World.  Found it all very easy.  Dont think anything else will happen now until they want the next stage payment.

Where abouts did you buy, we bought at top of Jardin 7 near the town centre - cant want  to get in.  Saw La Torre Restort and was very impressed by it

Your contract should tell you when the next 15% is due. Usually  nine months after the 25% payment. PW finance usually contact you when they want money, but it is good to know when they will ask  so that you can keep an eye on the exchange rate and possibly pick a good rate.
