Both my mate and myself had reserved 2 bed apartments on Jadin 4 but after visiting some of the properties at other PW sites and speaking to buyers we decided to change to the Penthouses in block 13. There wasn't anything wrong with the Jardin properties and the roof terrace seems a great idea but for very little difference in price we could go frontline golf at the penthouses. All the blocks are well positioned but 13, 14,15 and 16 seem to have the best outlook but still close to the clubhouse.

Hi Stevie,
I've bought a ground floor 3 bed on Jardines 7. I have 2 small kids so the terrace garden and no balconies was a major factor.
Jardines 7 will be a very short walk to the clubhouse and town centre, which could be a plus point for renting. My only fear is that it could be a little too close to the town centre, but I'm hoping that won't be a problem on a resort of this type.
By the way, if anyone has any pics of the resort later that April I'd be interested in seeing what's happening.

Hi,
I am thinking of buying either a 3-bed garden apartment on one of the Jardines or a front line 2-bed golf apartment. Could anyone inform me what the new prices are? Most of the agents show the prices as they were in Jan 2007. It is just that I have put off buying because I thought prices had increased twice since then.

We have brought a penthouse in Condado Block 16 - 1st floor overlooking 12th green
Before we brought, we went to Polaris UK office in London and met with the commerical director - he has also brought two of the penthouses and felt that the higher numbered blocks offered the better outlook and rental potential - we paid 137400 for ours but I am sure this is a higher price from the initial launch - as someone else has said the difference in cost between the jardines and the penthouses was very little and over the life of the property is small beer
I am sure you coudl still get hold of one if you wanted - try calling Kevin Morris at www.dreacoasthomes.com I recommend them very highly

Hello all.
I am considering buying at Isla Del Condado and would be grateful if anyone could recommend a good agent. I have been told that some offer a cashback after the 25% has been paid but I am not sure if this applies to this resort.
Any help would be very welcome
I would also be very interested to hear from anyone who has already bought a 2 or 3 bed corner plot.
