What do YOU want out of a Property Management company

New to this forum but think its fantastic being able to keep up to date via pictures etc on how things are developing.

Just a query about security blinds - we are having an apartment build (due for completion next December) and wondered if security blinds come as standard with PW.

Grateful if anyone knows the answer?

On my initial visit to Polaris World I noticed the external security blinds on the show apartment. My agent told me that all PW apartments/villas have these fitted as standard. Blinds to windows can be operated manualy. Patio door blinds are operated electrically.

Thanks for that reply - we just didn't really take much notice of the blinds when we looked around and its something we didn't think to ask.
