Three or two bedroom Jardines

We have bought a ground floor 3 bedroom on Jardin 11 and after visiting the show homes a few weeks ago and seeing the show home with the third bedroom wall removed we realised how much more space this gives for furniture. As we are not renting the property it seems like a good option.  Has anyone else got any thoughts on this? Also it has been reported on other threads about the vanity units in the bathrooms these are all extras. We were told a basin and pedistall is standard.

Where have you seen the vanity unit is an extra- we thought they were standard but the colour selection is random?

I think ailmnoty discovered that transforming the 3bed into a 2 bed is only an option for El Mirador purchasers- although  dont know about doing it yourself. I agree that the living room space looked really livable with that wall taken away. You can easily have the 3 and a 2 seater settee, coffee table and a full dining table without feeling cluttered. When we were viewing we were with a couple who plan to live on the resort and they felt the 3 to a 2 really suited  doing that.

When we were viewing the show apartments the sales rep told us that the basin & pedistal were standard and that the vanity unit was an extra which PW can supply. As with most of the fittings in the show houses was really advertising their Polaris furniture packages. I hope all the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are standard as they are quite nice but if you look at the Polaris World Art.com pictures it shows a kitchen in one of the photos as being a standard white tiles on a Jardin that is being built.
