Now we are starting to hear about completion dates for handovers on the Jardines. Has anyone any thoughts on when's the best time to apply for a mortgage? As the euro is so bad at the moment it seems more sensible to get a spanish mortgage.  We have not heard anything back from Cam Bank with regard to mortgage details since filling in the PW forms sent by UPS a few weeks ago has anyone else heard back ?

We emailed CAM Bank and had a response back today with figures and they seem pretty reasonable. I've emailed them again to get clarification of what the savings on fees are as they aren't obvious. I've been told it takes about 4-6 weeks to sort out a mortgage over there so I want to get on with it soon. We've not had a call from PW yet with a date but am expecting it any day as others in our jardin have a date (J13).
