Hi ,

If anyone is buying inj Jennifer phase two perhaps you would like to get in touch so that we can compare notes.

It has become clear that the build will be way overdue and it would be useful if we could share information as the distance makes it dificult to keep tabs on what is going on.

             had a phone call from mati last week,she told me that phase11 would be completed in 10 or 11 months time.so i take it they must have received planning permission to go ahead,my original date was nov this year, so being realistic,counting on march 2009.

only thing i am concerned about is the euro?at present is costing me about £18.000 more. any more info comes up will notify you.

unless you have your heart set on phase 2 then i'd look at phase one's that are still available.

We've just come back for a quick weekend over there and there's been no movement at all on phase2

i'll upload some photos of the site later so you can see for yourself

but talking to a few people that are resident in phase 1 say that a number are still for sale.

try and get a penalty clause added into your contract for say £2k penalty for every month that ole slip - then you'll see how commited they are on dates

also get them to email you and your solicitor a copy of the planning permission

i know that they applied for it in April 2007- i have a copy of their application

 

My wife and i have just returned from Heredades where we began the process of purchasing the show house on Jennifer phase 1. There are still 2 properties left for sale on phase 1 but they are slightly smaller than the majority of the apartments and have only 1 bathroom whereas the mojority have 2, also they are obviously not in the best positions. Both the properties were for sale for Eur 123,000 with no extras. I can confirm that Phase 2 of Jennifer is definately NOT going to be built.
If anyone has any further questions i will do my best to answer them.

We have also just returned from Heredades.We were there from 1st to 18th August and found out that phase 2 was not being built.We were staying in Jenefer number 6 and met with  Mati from OLE international who showed us some of empty apartments.They would have been too small for us so we have asked for a refund instead.
I heard from someone but have not confirmed it that there are some others in Jenefer for sale by another compant that bought a batch of them and the price is only 101,000.
Like I said,I dont know if it true or not but might be worth you looking into.

Just a quick note to say that the company that has the apartments still for sale in Jennifer Phase 1 are called Euro Anglo Sur , represented in the UK by Prestige Villas telephone number 01698 846 835, The directors name is Martin McNeary.We found their level of service superb when we bought no.22 through them last  year.  I have also just heard that they have special offers on at the moment including payment of a spanish mortgage for a full year .             Jim and Jenny Edmunds No22
