Can anyone advise as to the community fees associated with the development?

Also, any feedback on average costs associated with the following would also be greatly appreciated:

electricity

water

insurance 

I am due to complete, but will be looking to rent out for a % of the year + am trying to understand overall costs that I need to consider.

Does anyone have any info to share with me?

I visited the development 3 weeks ago + can honestly say it lookes absolutely fantastic, and that come from a cynic! superb is the only word I can use to describe it.

I hadn't visited since July 07, when it still looked very much like a building site, whereas now, with the exception of the entrance, it looks superb! The gardens etc are looking great I have to say. 

Anyway, the good old sales office was closed when I was there, so I wtill have no info on expected charges, so can someone help me here please?
