Hi All
Having posted for a while. Glad everyone is starting to settle in.....we are still waiting but shouldn't be long now....we hope!
I'm asking a huge favour, as we haven't been out since july last year and there are very few new photos I was wondering if any one would kindly take some new pics of how the area is looking now, has building work started on the other side of the road yet...opposite villas.... if so could someone take pics.....we have a villa facing phase 2 would love to see what it is all like now.

Any work started on the communal pool / facilties are yet? Does anyone know if Taray are keeping prices up or dropping as a result of the property slump.
Some photos would be good from anyone out there. Im particularly interested in the apartment block area.

Hi, everyone
I'm not able to get over to Spain at the moment. Does anyone have any recent photos of the development. We are buying a penthouse in Block 6 overlooking the agricultural land, but it would be lovely to see any recent photos of the development.

I also have bought a Penthouse in Block 6.
I will be going out in about 10 days time so will take some new photos when I am there and will put them on the sight when I return.
Is there anything in particular you want photographing?

Hi Dave
Teresa sent me an email on 27/5/08 saying the Town Has informed Taray that by the end of May the building license for the urbanization will be recieved and the building licence for the properties will be the following week. Building work will then start.
That should be right about now (allowing for the odd Spanish Bank Holiday).
Some photos off phase 2 activity would be good.

HI ALL.
Our names are Jack and Jeanette, we are buying on phase 2 and cannot wait to move in!!!!! We are getting married first though in rhodes on 8.8.08. so are excited about that! then we will get our thoughts into spain!.
we will be out at christmas though so hope to meet a few new friends then!

hi beverly and kevin, we have bought a penthouse on block 1 n0 18 e. corner plot, having read some of the threads I dont think anyone quite kniws where phase 2 will end up!!!!!! We where told it was opposite the school,not so sure now!, does anyone know if they are building yet!
We got in touch with our solicitors last week and he was going to go to tarray on the 23rd to get our garantees but we have heard nothing yet. will let you all know if and when we get a result on that one!

HI everyone our names are Jane and Lee we have also bought on Phase 2 mazana 8 townhouse number 14.
We are coming out in a few weeks time for our hols we will be popping down to the site so hopefully we will meet a few people on phase 1 and phase 2. if they every start to build it !!!!

Hi we are facing the townhouses, we are in a quad villa block 24. We are hoping it will be ready for September 2009 as that is when we want to move out there (fingers crossed).
Are those the penthouses facing the pool? we almost bought a penthouse on phase one, they are lovely.
Any pics would be good off anyone once thay have started building.

Looks like one day we could be neighbours, we have bought plot 13.
Have a good break in a few weeks and hopefully get some photos, I am out there in October and again in November so SHOULD see some progress by then.

Just got back from Spain.
No activity yet on phase 2 so no photos sorry.
Taray did tell me the building licence will be through soon, so building should commence in the next week or two.

Hi all. Mr and mrs jack flower here!!!!!!!!! wedding went fantastic. weather to be envied!! got home and recieved a email from solicitors. certificate --- granted to build!!!!!!!!!!! we are up and running!!!!!!!!!
