Is EOS a good place for everyone with an interest in Spain ?

thanks for the photos - does anyone know which end of the site is being worked on first - the end that taray have there site hut or the bottom triangle - also has anyone heard how long the delays are now for phase 2

They seem to be working over near the municipal pool. There are foundations and cranes there now .

Hi Eveyone! email from solicitor dated 20 aug,  licence granted july 16th. they have 120 days to start the project from the time the licence is granted and 27 months to finish the same. our final payment falls due in august 09 which supposedly means that completion is ready to take place,(i am copying from the email) she will contact the developer and have them clarify that point for her,.......as for the bank guarantee, the developer has confirmed to her that they are sending this by registered mail to her office,she will let us know as soon as she recieves same.

email dated 25th aug, she spoke to teresa at taray and it was confirmed to her that the handover will be for August 09 and that they do not forsee any delays even though the licence was granted only this year!
she has made a note to check on this may next year.  j and j

thanks for the info - can you tell me where on the site you are purchasing and was your original completion for june 2009 - we are purchasing a bungalow no 8 on Manzana 9.1.  Also can anybody confirm that the showhouse is still available.  I am coming over in October with my parents and daughter and hoped to still be able to show them the show house. 

Hi, we are having one of the penthouses block 1 no 18,  our copletion was for july 09,  cant help you with the showhouse , though it was open in may when we went out..    j an j

I have just posted some new photos taken at the site in August. 
Building on phase 2 is well under way - they have started on manzana 8 - quads and townhouses,and Helder told us they are trying their best to have all the properties ready on time, with  only one or two months delay at the most, so fingers crossed. The pools are the one by the apartment block and the municipal pool next to the school.The site does look very impressive, and the completed green areas have been landscaped and planted beautifully.
