I agree with what the bantam has said with regards to the grounds and snagging we are in block 2 and have had our TV. but you will need you solicitor to ask the office in phase 2 the former show apartment . not the site office for the papers for your water/elec to go on meters or collect them your self and pass them on to him best time to contact them if your lucky mon & thursday between the hour 12am -2pm ask for stephan
