Holiday Rental Owners Please Help

Hi All

I'm just woundering how people are feeling about all the problems that is going on.

We are in a Townhouse and we are suppose to have views of the lake behind us, but we can only see the top of the roofs of the houses behind us.

There is also suppose to be a play ground in front of us, and some swimming pools in the area, but now we have appartments in front of us and a view of roof tops behind us instead of a lake view.

I am just woundering if maybe we approached Romanbar and asked them that with all the hassle that is going on could they either put in a swimming pool or a play area instead of a concrete jungle.

Would appreciate any thoughts on this Idea.

I am no authority on this subject but I have bought an apartment that has been finished in block 2.
I, it seems am one of the lucky ones that had no dealings with Sunset Estates, however I have spoken to 
representatives of Romanber and it seems that the swimming pool is only for the apartments and not
the Townhouses!
I persume these bothers told you that you had access to the pool the same as they told you that you would
have a view to the lake?
I am really sorry they brought their conning tricks here as this is a beautiful area and doesn't deserve this
bad publicity. Obviously, I feel sorry for all of those people concerned but I think in the long term Arcos is a winner.
I have lived in Jerez the last five years and believe it is a great place to invest in the long term.
I also beleive Romanber to be a reputable company and I am sure they will do everything they can to keep their
good name and distance themselves from whatever people have been told by Sunset but they are under no 
obligation to put in another pool, nor I doubt would there be any land designated for it. As for a park, I am sure
there will be one next to the apartment blocks when all the building work has been finished.
