Hi we are buying in phase 2 and need to come over sometime next year to see solicitor . 

We were wondering if anybody in phase 1 is renting out as we thought it would be nice to stay on the complex and see the progress, although we are aware that it will be like a building site.

We await to hear from anybody.

If you don't get a place to stay on the site itself, there is a great guesthouse in Arcos old town called Casa Campana run by an English couple called Jim & Emma. They speak fluent Spanish and their web address is www.casacampana.com
