Believe it or not Risa is a doll from www.bradford.co.uk Little Risa is just over £100 with the P&P, a fraction of what a real baby would cost. I saw her in the TV guide we buy.
She's so lifelike & I thought to myself ..... Risa could be a product of Roberto & Technoape.

Nothing to do with this thread but because there are respected posters on here can you please answer my question. Can I use two different estate agents to sell my home without informing them I am doing this. Sorry to invade this otherwise lighthearted thread but I don't know how to start a new post.

But my advice is to be honest and forthright and tell them that you will 'probably' list your property with another agent.
After all, you would expect them to be honest and forthright with you!?!?!
Also, the best place for this sort of advice would be to start a new thread entitled "Can I use more than one agent to sell" under the Selling Your Property forum

Use as many agents as you like, and let them all know; that way, they will know they have some competition and maybe just maybe try a bit harder. Whatever one tells you his commission will be, tell the next one it's less. Start no higher than 5% and negotiate down.
