Well said Justin.
I can find no evidence that they operate a legal business in Spain and the only lawyer that ever gets recommended is Luis F. Mendez Banderas of Vallejo Abogados - a firm with some expertise in Russian matters?
The company name Edutech Care Ltd is a new entry on their website. Previously it was HTC Ltd and we initially thought this might be a Gibraltar company but then were told (unverified) HTC Ltd was regsitered in Moscow of all places.
There is no office or staff in San Pedro. Any post received is taken in by an office involved in administration.
Anyone reading this thread should not be taken in by the letters and hard sell telephone techniques used. It's very easy to tell you you have an excellent case and European Advisory Service can help you recover your investement - JUST GIVE ME EUR1,500!!!!
Unfortunately these days it's very easy to set up a website and tout for business. But if something goes wrong how do you deal with these virtual businesses when they have no office and they have refused to identlfy who is behind the business.
But if you don't believe me then please take the advice given on the European Advisory Website which is actually very good avice!!!!

LEGAL FIRMS
Beware of companies who pass themselves off as “Legal Companies”.
They normally operate out of Spain but often pass themselves off as being based in the UK (although not always) as they believe this makes them appear more trustworthy and accountable. They give themselves impressive titles such as: Legal Advisors, Senior Legal Advisors and Paralegals and, on the face of it, give all the appearance of being a bona fide law firm with a website and official-looking paperwork.
More worryingly, they claim to offer a similar service to companies like ours but they tend to restrict their activities solely to Timeshare-related companies.
In reality, their working titles actually mean nothing and they usually do not have a lawyer (or one that is aware that they are using his or her name). Nor are they involved in any court cases. If in doubt, check with the lawyer(s) or law firm concerned or ask us to contact the lawyer on your behalf if you prefer to do so.
This sort of bogus legal firm, unfortunately, has an impact on the work companies like us are trying to do so EAS would greatly appreciate any information the public can provide which would enable us to either verify the bona fides of the company you are concerned about or have them shut down if they are found to be fraudulent.
