Sorry to keep banging on about this, but I still can't get no satisfaction....

I am now receiving emails to inform me that my online factura is available, but I still can't get into their system with the username and password that they gave me.

I've tried several times to re-generate a new username and password without success.

I called 1004 again yesterday, but when I was midstream telling the b*tch about my problem, she cut me off with a "have a nice day"!

These people (company) seem to be above question by anyone.....How the hell do we get them brought to book for their total lack of customer service?

Does anyone know of an email address which I could contact. The address on the factura email is not one that can be replied to.

My Spanish is ok, but not good enough to use on the telephone so I've asked my neighbour to try for me to see if the Spanish get better results.

Kenny

For the sake of your blood pressure go and see David at

ComputerNET: - I.T. Service and Hardware provider, iPod specialist and Internet Cafe
Jardin Botanico, Local 28. Ctra.N340 Km. 200 La Calade Mijas, Malaga. Phone : 34 902 49 49 13

He will have it sorted out in no time, probably while you wait. If you ring him he will have the e-mail address so you can attempt another go yourself, but after reading your post I wouldn't recommend it.

Try atenciononline2@telefonica.es, they always reply to me in a day or two. Do you have any bill at all? I managed to regenerate my my password by using a bill from March this year the only one I have had!!). You can also ask them to send you the details to your postal address, although I tried that and have never received the notification!!

Thanks guys,

I've already tried to get them to send details in the postal system without success.

Just emailed them on the address you supplied Marksfish, hopefully that will work.

Thanks Team GB I will try David if all else fails.

Thanks again, I will let you know how it goes.

Well Marksfish you are a star !!!

I emailed last night and received an email back this morning which solved my problem......After weeks of telephone calls etc. one email and it's fixed.

I recommend to anyone having problems with Telefonica, take a note of the email address.

Thanks to everyone for bearing with me on this.

I have to be honest, I have never had a problem with email. I use my terrible pigeon Spanish to write and ask them to reply simply, which they always do. Glad you're sorted .
