Be careful with long term rentals!
That sort of length of rental will be classified as a Permanent rental contract, and as such the tenant will have more rights to the property than the owner!

Make sure the Rental contract specifies "Temporary".
That's why most people use a contract that states "Temporary" and "renewable monthly" and "maximum of 11 months".
