Right you lot - its me! I started this thread. Where have you all gone with it? Now we seem to have gone off at a tangent lets get a few things straight to your recent posts. We all know, honestly, that unless you were born in London or the suburbs - you are not really English. Myself, coming from Costa Del Peckham and my lady coming from Costa Del Brixton, are of course more authoratative on speaking about England. As for the Union Jack shorts, whether you are or have been navy, army or air force it is a tradition to wear Union Jack shorts whenever possible (as an ex Rock Ape/RAF) a touch snug now. So before you all get on your high horse and wind each other up yet again - this reply is purely for FUN!!! Hail to the ex-pat. One last thing to say - the army hated the navy - the navy hated the air force and the air force hated everybody but when times were needed we all fought together for one cause and thats what put the Great into Great Britain and totally proud of it.
