WANTED: long term rental wanted in quesada/torrevieja area from september 2011

We are moving from Hungary to the above area or similar as we would like to learn spanish and my son who is 5 years old is going to study in spain. He is half hungarian and half spanish/brasilian after his dad, we want to be in a english talking community but still have a spanish feel.  We would be looking for 3 bed 2 bath a pool would be nice - there are only 4 of us - my dad and mom and son and me-  with occasional visitors so your rental would be kept to a high standard and looked after properly -  we have first hand knowledge of  renting out a property and always treat as we would our own. We all enjoy cycling and walking and want to be not too far from restaurants and bars local ones to be in walking distance. We are moving from the 4th septembe, we already have som possibilities but we can never know.

I am open to different OFFERS, please let me know if you have a property and would be interested in discussing this further.
