Taxes as a freelancer
The Comments |
Hello,
I was offered a job as a freelancer in Spain, permanent position, for 300 euro a day. I am from Romania and am registered as a Romanian self employed. I have a few questions:
- can I use my Romanian freelancer registration, at least in the first months until I make my Spanish "autonomo" papers?
- could you help me calculate my net income at the end of the month approximately ? I estimate 20 * 300 = 6000 euro income per month before taxes. Which are the taxes for this amount (without deducting any expenses, to keep a simple formula)?
Thank you

I guess there will be a contract for several months, then it will be renewed...

He probably means he has been offered a position but not as an employee but self-employed (ie autonomo) meaning he will be responsible for his own taxes and social insurance etc and with no employee rights etc

Yes Faro, you're right, I will be responsible for the taxes and social insurance, etc.
