Extremely misleading figures. From the article it says:
There were 90,746 property sales in Spain in Quarter 2 this year, representing a 22 per cent increase on the first quarter
Surely there are always more people buying in Q2 compared to Q1? Q1 is winter. Q2 is Spring.
The figures quoted in this blog post give a better picture of the true state of the market.
