I keep hearing the 'cost of living' thing everytime I change cities on transfer jobs.
There's a simple way to tackle this: "Everything adds up!"

It is very much right that the charges that you are paying for living is the cost of living .It includes all tyhe charges and tax which are payed by the house owner.
