In 2007 we paid a deposit on an apartment to be built at the El Patio development near Marina de Casares. The development started soon after but the developers got into financial difficulty and although the development was completed late, the quality of the finished units was sub-standard.
We appointed Lawyers of Spain to try and retrieve our deposit but without success. We felt that LOS was not advancing our case so we terminated their contract.

Although it took some time to eventually win our case, we eventually received our deposit plus interest and legal costs.
