Parking at lloret de mar??

Does anyone have any tips on where to park at lloret? we are there for 7 nights and the hotels seem to be charging around 20-30 Euros per day which is frightening.

We don't mind parking slightly out of it as long as it is secure. How safe is it leaving your car on the streets or are there secure park and rides anywhere?

We have parked in LLoret de Mar many timesovernight  in one of the free car parks.  It is not secure in the traditional sense but we have never had a problem.  The Car park is located on the road leading to the new casino past the casino royal hotel.  You need to go down a side street to get to it.  Alternatively there is an underground car park underneath the bus station but i have no idea if it is secured or how much it costs.
