Hi K8 - I think we are MEANT to fail the level we are studying, if that makes sense! I failed B2 on this, which is right, because if I'd passed it, then I should be studying C1 but I'm not ready for that. Poco a poco !!!

Hi, You have all found this test interesting. I have only been living in Spain for 6 months and have been learning the language through various means. I should love to know where I stand at the moment. Can you please tell me what test you are talking about?

If anyone is hooked on tests now and wants to try a second one to see if they come out at the same level, here's the Cervantes Institute one ....

Partly inspired by this thread, my blog post this week is about learning Spanish and how what we hear on the streets is a long way from what we hear on the CDs .....!

Has anyone found a C2 test on the internet by any chance? I've had no luck finding one and I want to do the ultimate test! :)

I only know of tests which go up to C1 -     http://www.cervantes.to/test_inicial.html

Cervantes is definitely the most accurate.   I guess if you get very high marks in that test for C1 you would be considered C2.

This one claims to go up to C2 but is very short to give such an analysis!!!  http://www.ailmadrid.com/enrol/spanish_level_test
