Have some news received this morning regarding Los Lagos and Santa Maria Green Hills.

Not wanting to run before I can walk (I think I am doing already ), I will wait until we have the mortgage and have completed before extolling the virtues in that category. We have come too far to tempt fate just yet!!

Although our solicitor signed our contracts at Key Mare last week (while he was on holiday I hasten to add!!), we have today received copies of the EMORIA DE CALIDADES Y PLANO and COMPRAVENTA RESORT. Makes for very interesting reading, especially the bit about the mortgage subrogation amounts!!! Only one hurdle left now, the mortgage. If our broker can pull his finger out, looks like all systems go at the moment .

Got an email from the solicitor tonight, he is going to collect the NIE numbers next week . Only the mortgage to be finalised now.
