Tile Painting
The Comments |
Hi,
The white tiles, both inside and outside need a bit of a touch up...dont have the money to re-tile at the moment, so would it be worthwhile to paint them? And if yes, any tips on products/process
Thanks

What finish do the tiles have? If they have a course finish paint might work. But are they broken or is it the colour? When You say a bitnof a touch up what do you mean? Getting them looking like new or changing the appearance?

Hi Mac,
They are the white ceramic tiles, they are in the house and out on the patio, plain white and smooth. Just had the walls painted and would like to freshen the tiles up...obviously a nice white paint would do the job, but want to keep them white...not sure that this is the best way...
Thanks,

Vinegar or alcohol for cleaning should spruce them up and getbthem shiny again. then grouting paint which is available in all supermarkets should do the trick. Paint will eventually peel off
