Sim cards in Spain and UK

I have a vodafone sim card but my phone has died and my contract not up for renewal (and free phone until December). A friend in UK has a cheap Galaxy S2 for sale which I want to buy. It is registered to Vodafone UK. Will I have to get it unlocked or will my Sim work straight away even though it is Vodfone Spain? Thanks, Jane

No you will need to unlock your UK based Samsung Galaxy S2 phone.For unlocking you can approach service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service provider like ** EDITED - Against forum rules - Advertising ** Here you can unlock phone at low cost.
