Electricity tariffs

I have a 2 bedroom apartment but find that my electric tariff is based on a Potencia Contratada of 8,8. Becuase of this my quite modest electricity consumptiom produces high bills

i have run the figures through the Endesa energy  profiler app and it suggests my tariff should be 4,5. The apartment does have all the normal appliances and aircon

If i were to change this would reduce my bills by about 40%.

Does this sound correct and how easy is it to change.

My son's apartment is 3 beds, 100 M2,   on 4.4,  we have never had any problem with supply.

When I changed that account into my son's name I was able to do so on the phone and in English.  So may be you can do that too.

We swapped over from Endesa to Nordic energy and reviewed the traffis when we made the change. We've had signicant savingss since the shift. We've also tried to run washing machine / dishwasher at low tarrif times and that has also helped to keep bills lower.

I think the OP may have sorted this out after 9 years.
