I need to clean the dust from the shutter is it possible to clean if so how do you take them apart

You don't need to take the map apart, just hose them

When you say 'shutter' do you mean a persiana (roller) blind ?

If so, then as  Camposol says  you can hose or with a sponge wash with liberal amounts of water, maybe with some detergent if really dirty.  Or if just dusty, use a dry cloth,  using insufficent water tends to make a 'muddy mess'.

Having installed and repaired many such blinds I would not recommend anyone to disassembling them.

If you have repaired many but don't recommend anyone else to disassemble them how hard are they to take apart and clean then?

Taking them apart and cleaning them is easy peasy.

Putting them back together again...........ah! Now that's a different story.
