I'm loathe to reply as I don't know the answer, but my view is No.
If you had multiple shops rented out then yes.
I would of thought a single owned rented out shop would be classed as either earned or investment income and you would only need to include it in your annual tax return.
A quick phone call to a gestoria should resolve it, will be interested to know
