This scam was also posted on here last year.

If you highlight the offending post and then right click and search google you will see how many other sites this has been posted on!.

I guess the scam is a payment asked for a job that doesn't exist

It also looks like nothing more then an advert in a job centre type of thing, the job centre is advertising this work along with other vacancies. 

Spelling and punctuation leaves something to be desired, too!
