As one who has visited Moorfields, and seen the numbers of people who's operations have not been a success for them, I would advise looking at all the pro's and con's before going ahead. This is not to say it is not for you, it can be life changing, but the companies doing the operation only usually tell one side of the story.
Just googled. The below is pretty ballanced. Just make sure you know all the facts before going ahead.

Good luck

I read in a health blog that health expenses are very cheap in south Indian states. We will get best quality services. I read it in an Indian blog they said that most multi specialty hospitals offer LASIC eye surgeries at an average cost of $500.

I had my eyes lasered in Johannesburg around 1990. Never looked back. (I'm sure there must be a joke in there somewhere). While my family always say I'm a tightwad, I wouldn't shop around for the cheapest option. When I had mine done it cost the price of a car as there were months of before and after appointments - and the surgeon would only do one eye at a time in case he botched it. In those days they scrapped off the epithelium with a scalpel, like peeling spuds. It was painful for weeks. I paid for one of my short-sighted kids to have theirs done ten years ago - there were no before or after consultations - I took her in to the clinic (Bristol) and an hour or so later it was all over - both eyes - no pain - perfect vision. I doubt there was a surgeon on the premises. It cost about £2k. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Hi, I can't help with personal experiences or recomendations. Spain is well known and very popular medical tourism destination. I know that many women visit IVF clinics in Spain to undergo infertility treatments. And many international patients visit dental centers in Spain to have dental implants done. If you want to find out more about treatment you need, you might check out medical tourism portals as medigo or whataclinic. Hope this helps.
